I am glad to give you a strong recommendation of Bro. Justin R. Williams, missionary on deputation for the country of England.

Bro. Williams is a 2002 graduate of Hyles-Anderson College. Mrs. Evans and I have been in meetings with Justin and his wife in the last few months. We have been impressed by both of them. Justin intends to work with a veteran missionary for a while after he gets to England. I think in the case of England that is a good idea. He is planning to work with a good soul winning missionary. Justin made good grades in Hyles-Anderson College and his demerits were quite low.
